1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Inngrowth provides hospitality growth systems including booking system, booking campaign and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual client agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly management fees are billed at the beginning of each month. All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during projects, access to required accounts and platforms, and payment of advertising budgets directly to ad platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all custom designs and content created for their project. Inngrowth retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inngrowth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly management services with 30 days written notice. Setup projects in progress will be completed and any remaining balance is due upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
